Ingredients

Half red and yellow Bell Peppers, chopped
One onion chopped
6 cloves of garlic chopped
Spaghetti (boiled)
Red wine/Apple Cider Vinegar
Sugar (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Olive oil (5 tsp)
Basil
Cheese (as you want)

Method

  • Heat the olive oil in the pan.
  • Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the Vinegar and sugar and cook for a few more minutes.
  • Add salt and the boiled spaghetti to the pan.
  • Mix everything and add a little basil on top.
  • Serve with a drizzle of cheese.

Note: Don’t be stingy with the olive oil.
