Half red and yellow Bell Peppers, chopped
One onion chopped
Red wine/Apple Cider Vinegar
Sugar (1/2 tsp)
Salt (1 tsp)
Olive oil (5 tsp)
Cheese (as you want)
- Heat the olive oil in the pan.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the Vinegar and sugar and cook for a few more minutes.
- Add salt and the boiled spaghetti to the pan.
- Mix everything and add a little basil on top.
- Serve with a drizzle of cheese.
Note: Don’t be stingy with the olive oil.
